Program Description

Program name: Padel Matching

Description: A private SMS-based game coordination service for a closed group of padel tennis players in Miami, Florida. The service matches players by skill level, coordinates court bookings, and manages game invitations and confirmations via text message. A facilitation fee may apply to cover operational costs.

SMS Messaging Terms

By submitting the availability poll at padel-matching-miami.netlify.app, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Padel Matching related to game coordination.

Message frequency: Varies based on scheduling activity, typically 2–6 messages per week during active periods.

Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

      STOP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

      HELP: Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive contact information for support.

Opt-In & Opt-Out

You opt in by voluntarily submitting the availability poll form. Submission constitutes consent to receive SMS game coordination messages.

You may opt out at any time by:

Replying STOP to any SMS message
Emailing btw2palms@gmail.com with a removal request

After opting out via STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Your data will be retained in our system unless you request deletion.

Participation Rules

This is a private, invite-only group. Participation is at the discretion of the administrator.
Players who confirm a game spot are expected to attend or cancel with adequate notice.
Court costs are split equally between players and collected via payment link or transfer after each game.
A facilitation fee may apply to cover platform and operational costs.
Players who repeatedly no-show or cancel late may be deprioritized in future matchmaking.
The administrator reserves the right to remove any player from the group at any time.

Liability

Padel Matching is a coordination service only. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes that occur during matches. Players participate at their own risk.

We are not affiliated with Canas Racket Club, Tropical Park, or any court facility.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the group after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
